Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

New workspaces get a free trial (currently 14 days) with no charge. You will not be billed if you cancel before the trial ends. This lets you evaluate the Service before paying anything.

2. How billing works

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual). Each renewal automatically charges your payment method through Stripe (UK/EU) or Razorpay (India), depending on your region, until you cancel.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@aravir.in from your registered address. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current period.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee.

4. Refunds

Because access continues until the end of the paid period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time after a renewal.

We will, however, issue a refund in these cases:

• Accidental or duplicate charge — refunded in full.
• Billing error on our side — the incorrect amount is refunded.
• Charged after a timely cancellation — if you cancelled before a renewal but were still charged, we refund that renewal in full.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days (your bank may take longer to show it).

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@aravir.in from your account email with the subject "Refund request", your workspace name and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Payments to garages/yards

Where a garage or yard uses AGMS to sell parts or services to their own customers, any refund for those purchases is handled by that business under its own policy. AGMS provides the software and does not control those sales.
