Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your Aravir Garage Management System account and associated data, and what happens when you do. It applies to the web console and the mobile apps, both operated by Aravir Technologies Private Limited.
Option 1 — Delete it in the console
- Sign in at agms.aravir.in/console as the account owner.
- Go to Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Type your workspace name and password to confirm.
Your account is then scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel from the same screen. When the grace period ends, your workspace and its data are permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address your account is registered with:

We verify the request using your registered email so that no one else can delete your account, and we complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile — name, email, phone and password.
- Your workspace business records — vehicles, parts, inventory, customers, jobs and communications — where you are the account owner.
- All sign-in and session tokens for your account.
What is kept (and for how long)
We retain a limited set of records only where the law requires:
- Financial records — invoices, payments and tax records are kept for the statutory retention period required by accounting and tax law, then deleted.
- Security logs — e.g. IP addresses for abuse prevention, kept for a short period (up to 90 days) and then automatically deleted.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export anything you need first (Console → Settings → Export).
