Terms of Service

1. The Service

AGMS is a subscription-based, multi-tenant software platform that helps salvage yards and garages manage vehicles, parts inventory, an online storefront, sales channels, jobs, invoicing and communications. We provide the Service on a software-as-a-service basis; features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your workspace, including users you invite. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access; reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or use it to sell goods you are not lawfully entitled to sell (for example, stolen or recalled parts, or vehicles that must be destroyed). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and listings you create.

4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the price shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe (for UK/EU customers, billed in GBP) or Razorpay (for customers in India, billed in INR), depending on your region. By subscribing you authorise us, through that provider, to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial (currently 14 days). At the end of the trial your subscription begins and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before it ends. Trials are for evaluation and may be limited or withdrawn.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Your data

You own the business records you put into the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the data you enter and for complying with data-protection law toward your own customers.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Aravir Technologies Private Limited and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they transfer no ownership.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and may suspend access where necessary for security or legal reasons, or for non-payment.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that motoring, tax or marketplace data obtained through it is complete or accurate; you remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Account Deletion and Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have, the courts at Nellore, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
